Introduction to SRAE Performance Measures and Human Subjects and Privacy Protections for SRAE Performance Measures Data – November 10, 2021

The webinar provides an overview of the SRAE performance measures reporting requirements. This webinar also provides detailed information about the SRAE participant entry and exit survey performance measures and discuss grantee requirements related to these performance measures, including:

  • Sharing the surveys with subrecipients to identify any items that do not align with local implementation site policies or practices
  • Seeking a letter of determination from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) to determine whether the performance measures must be reviewed
  • Guidance on IRB engagement and approvals (if needed)
  • Adhering to required data privacy and security protocols
Updates to Implementation Performance Measures — January 28, 2021

This webinar provides updates to SRAE implementation performance measures. It is for Title V State, Title V Competitive, and General Departmental-funded SRAE grantees funded in 2019 or earlier, subrecipient program providers, and evaluation staff who are responsible for collecting or submitting performance measures data.

This webinar:

  • Reviews implementation-level performance measures, including measures of structure, cost, and support for program implementation, and measures of attendance, reach, and dosage;
  • Highlights recently approved changes to the measures related to the effects of COVID-19; and
  • Demonstrates optional Excel data recording tools to help grantees compile the attendance, reach, and dosage data for the July 1–December 31, 2020 data collection period.

Preparing for SRAE Performance Measures Data Collection

Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) Guidance for Obtaining Partnership Buy-In and Approval for Performance Measures – November 1, 2021

This webinar has been updated and re-recorded with new information since it was previously delivered on May 27, 2020.

For all grantees: Please disregard information in this recorded webinar regarding data collection start date that is contrary to the following information:

Please be advised that the data collection start date for the revised surveys has moved to February 1, 2022. In addition, as of 11/16/21, the revised versions of the entry and exit surveys have not yet been OMB approved. Once they have been OMB approved, they will be posted on the SRAE PAS website.

For continuing grantees only:

  • The winter 2022 data submission will include data covering July 1, 2021-Jan. 31, 2022 (for both survey-based measures and attendance, reach, and dosage data)
  • The Portal will be open Feb.-March 2022, for continuing grantees to submit those data

Survey Administration and Submitting Data to the SRAE Performance Measures Portal (Winter 2022) – January 25, 2022

This webinar covers how to submit data collected between July 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022 to the SRAE Performance Measures Portal starting in early February 2022. The primary objectives of the webinar are to:

  • Provide guidance on administering the participant entry and exit surveys (for all SRAE grantees)

Using the SRAE Performance Measures Dashboard — October 7, 2021

This webinar is for Title V State, Title V Competitive, and General Departmental-funded SRAE grantees funded in 2019 or earlier, subrecipient program providers, and evaluation staff who are responsible for collecting or submitting performance measures data, and ACF staff.

The purpose of this webinar is to review the SRAE Performance Measures Dashboard, including new features related to participant entry and exit survey data. The Dashboard presents data submitted by grantees to the SRAE Performance Measures Portal, using a range of data visualizations and reports. The primary objectives of this webinar are to:

  • Provide an overview of the features and functionality of the Dashboard
  • Introduce new Dashboard features related to participant entry and exit survey data
  • Provide a live demonstration of how to access and use the Dashboard
  • Introduce grantees to available resources for using the Dashboard
  • Answer grantees’ initial questions on Dashboard access and use
